I would like to ashamed of that government organizations are involving day by day increasing contract systems due to economical circumstances. If any regular employee is recruited after proper investigation, character verification records etc.the said system is really thoroughly perfect and safe, though why the govt is taking risk in govt organization to introduce contract system? In india there is a crowded of educated unemployed personals who is not getting govt jobs. Recently govt is going to fill backlog which is like something is better that nothing. Thanks and Regards!
