Even after getting MACP, the Pay in 7th CPC is almost most same

Even after getting MACP, the Pay in 7th CPC is almost most same

If an employee is upgraded under MACP from one level to another level, his pay will be almost (Exactly) same as he may have drawn even without receiving the benefit under MAC

NFIR has raised an important anomaly regarding MACP Benefit that there was No promotion benefit rather than giving one additional increment on account of Pay Fixation on Promotion.

After the implementation of sixth pay Commission, at least it was assured that 3% of basic pay and difference of Grade Pay would be added in the basic pay on Promotion.

But now in 7th CPC , NFIR has thrown the light on the issue that in Most of the Cases if an employee is upgraded under MACP from one level to another level, his pay will be almost (Exactly) same as he may have drawn even without receiving the benefit under MACP .

Merely one increment is given as the Benefit of Promotion after successfully overcome many hurdles like Minimum Qualifying Years, DPC Criteria, MACP Benchmark etc.

The Himachal Pradesh is now a full fledged State why should it depend on the Punjab state in regards to the release of revised & modified Pay, PENSION & Family Pension etc. What is the sense of depending on Punjab like past when the HP State was a territory. The Himachal Pradesh Governmen is no less competent than any other Indian State.
When the Himachal Pradesh was a territory, 25% & 50% of increase was offered to ordinary & special/ difficult areas in some cases. Where does our Holy HP Govt. Lack in competence, when our Officers in Various caders are no less qualified than that of Punjab Government.
    With thanks, regards & regrets.

What shall be the Band pay & Gradepay in the revised & modified, UNDER THE 7″TH . CPC. THE ADVISE CAN BE A SOURCE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OF ALL CG EMPLOYEES REGARDING THE ACTUAL REVISED PAY, PENSION & FAMILY PENSION. THANKS.
