The Issue of Payments of DA/DR arrears frozen for 18 months from 1.1.2020 to 30.06.2021 was raised in SCOVA meeting held on 12.4.2022.
DA order is issued by Finance Ministry after the rate of Dearness Allowance is revised from 1st January and 1st July of every year based on the CPI Numbers
