  1. Due to one increment to officer whose date of increment was in Feb and June, gone up from their seniors. No remedial action has been taken either by anomaly committee nor by Govt. Such seniors whose pay are lower than their Juniors are still suffering and will retire from service without having any solutions. The concerned establishment branches say that there is no mention in the memorandum that those seniors whose pay has been affected will get at par or upgraded from their Juniors.

Does the NAC or the Govt has any solution for this.

  2. I retired from railway services w.e.f. 31.01.2011. My last basic pay was Rs.37650 (including GP 7600 inPB 3).My pension was fixed @ Rs.18825 p.m. As per 6thcpc. In implementation of 7th cpc as per concordace table no. 39 my pension has been fixed @Rs.48450 per month. It has been noticed that as per concordance table no.38 whose basic pay was Rs.37590 (in PB 3 with GP 6600)will get pension Rs.49750p.m. that is Rs.1300 more then me.I was working in higher post with higher pay in 6th cpc , now getting less pension then that of an officer working in lower grade pay with less basic. This is an anomaly which may kindly be looked into.
