Govt declared in Lok Sabha that there is no proposal under consideration to change the Retirement Age
There was a rumour was continuously doing the rounds in SM that government will reduce the retirement age of Central Government Employees. But today the central government has put an end to this story by announcing in Lok Sabha that there is no proposal to change the retirement age.
A Question regarding the proposal to change the retirement age was raised by Mrs.Banshilal Mahto M.P in the Lok Sabha.
In his reply to that Question, the Minister of State in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Shri. Dr. Jitendra Singh informed that Government has no proposal to change retirement age of Central Government employees.
