The principal demands made before the Seventh CPC in respect of family pension in respect of Defence Forces personnel are as follows:
Demand and Recommendations Relating to Family Pension
i. Enhanced Ordinary Family Pension to be made admissible for a duration of 10 years after death of the individual, both in harness as well as after retirement.[ Continue to read 7th CPC recommendations ]

iv. as per 7th cpc my basic pension is 18427/- and disability is 861 /- because disability element is not revised as per 7 cpc (.)now i have received pension2% of 18427/-as service elements and 132 % of 861 /- as disability element but(.) what a calculation is made by the cppc patna (.) 18427×1.02= 18795.54 and 861×2.32=1997.52(.) 18795.54+1997.52 = 20793 but cppc have paid 20682/- similarly arear also paid less my arear is 27076/- but paid 26518/-
