Subject: Forwarding of applications under the DFFT Scheme.

Sir/Madam,

As prescribed in Training Division’s circular of even number dated 13 October 2014 inviting applications from interested officers for long-term and short-term training programmes abroad under the Domestic Funding of Foreign Training (DFFT) Scheme, the last date to forward online duly vetted applications by the Nodal Officers is 30m November 2014. As per data available with us, there are a lot of applications filled online by individual officers pending at the level of Nodal Officers for forwarding the same to DOPT. Since the last date to forward applications is drawing closer, the Nodal Officers are requested to please forward online, the applications of their respective officers after filling all fields urgently.

Further, in case there is a change in Nodal Officer in any Ministry/Department/Organization, the details of the new Nodal Officers may be conveyed to us to enable us to provide userid and password to the new Nodal Officers for accessing the online applications of respective officers.

The matter may be given top priority.
