Sub: Constitution of CPWD Task Group for presentation of Department’s View point before the 7th Central Pay Commission.

Reference is invited to this Directorate O.M. of even no.312 dated 9/5/14, vide which a Task Group for taking up the issues related to 7″‘CPC was constituted. (copy enclosed).

2. In continuation, it has been decided to further strengthen the Task Group and accordingly, following officers are also included in the Task Group

i) Sh. Sarvagya Srivastava, CE. Flyover Project Zone-I
ii) Sh.Prabhakar Singh, CE. NDZ-I
iii) Sh.R.K.Kaushal, CA(NDR)
iv) Sh.Anupam Agarwal, PM/SE(C), IISER Project Circle, Chandigarh
v) Sh.Rajeev Sharma, SE, DCEC-I

Sub: Constitution of CPWD Task Group for presentation of Department’s view point before the 7th Central Pay Commission.

Reference is invited to Ministry of Finance resolution issued vide No. 1/1/2013-E-III(A) dated 28.2.2014. vide which the 7th Central Pay Commission has been appointed. Terms of the reference of the commission have also been indicated in the above resolution.

2. It has been decided to constitute a task group in the Directorate to spear head the projection of viewpoints of CPWD effectively to the 7th CPC as under:

ADG(S&P) –                     Chairman
Addl. DG ((Trg.) –         Representing all the cadre
ADG(Border) –              Representing Electrical stream
ADG(TD) –                      Representing all cadre
Addl. DG (Arch.) –      Representing Architecture stream
DDG(HQ) –                     Representing non engineering cadre
CE(HQ) –                         Representing Civil stream
DDG(Hort) –                  Representing Horticulture stream
Dir (S&D) –                     Member Secretary

3. It has also been decided that a Sub Task Group comprising of officials of non-engineering cadres shall he formed by the DDG(HQ) under his chairmanship to coordinate and to submit final recommendations of these cadres keeping in view the requirement of the Department. Consequently, DDG(HQ) shall also represent non-engineering cadres in the main task group.

4. Above task group shall meet frequently and shall have a close watch over the activities and requirements of 7th CPC. The task group shall also represent CPWD during meetings / deliberations with 7th CPC and with Ministry of Urban Development and other bodies in connection with 7th CPC.
