The sixth pay commission has created an imbalance in the salary structure of the different group of employees and it is the worst commission for employees up to pay band 3. Therefore it is required to set up seventh pay commission and rectify the mistakes done by the sisth pay commission
    Thanks.

  3. I think the economic condition is changing so fast, what we can do, there is NEED OF SEVENTH PAY

  4. I think the rates of common needs for common – middle class man are out of control so there is need for seventh pay commission as soon as possible

  5. it is too long Time to set up the pay commission it is set up every five year since i think after five year economic condition has change

The idea of Grade pay has full of anomalies. When one with GP 2400/- promoted or granted MACP he will be in 4200/-, whereas a GP 4200/- official will get only 4600/- when he gets promotion. The difference in first case is 1800/- ,but in sercond case its only 400/-. same thing happens when he gets next MACP , that is 4800/-. Only 200/- difference. In all cases one gets MACP or promotion after a long wait of 10 years. Is it an anomaly ?

  7. the price rise is killing us.a decent housing accommodation is out of bounds.education, healthcare cost is skyrocketting. how can the central govt staff concentrate on their job with such acute financial worry. All employees must agitate for immediate revision of pay

    Sir,
It is right to time set up seventh pay commission. From last
experience, for final report of pay commission it takes minium
three years. So now sufficient time will get to study commission all queries of employees regarding last pay commission.
All the best to all central govt. employees.

Is it justified when 10% da hikes one senior officer’s salary increased Rs. 6000.00 whereas an junior staff gets benefit of Rs. 600.00 only. It is time to think over it.

  10. Ya I duly confront with the point as from moral of the 6th pay comm. ; it totally goes to the benefit of officers by cutting the entitlements of men. S o a amendment of 6th pay comm. or rectification of the same is to be carried out , so as to increase the GDP of country, as i think men are the backbone or creator of the real structure of a country.

  11. Respected Sir,
In recent scenario, clerical staff in CRPF not enough promotion prospects rather than other ministries clerical staff. I hope 7th pay commission may study on this point….
