    Respected Sir,

I am completely agreeing with Shri Mallikarjunappa on the matter of ACP of V CPC or MACP of VI CPC. Why? Becuase I am at loss ater implementation of MACP Scheme w.e.f. 01/09/2008 and if it is applicable from 0101/2006, I might have to get more financial benefits.

My request (of course my intention) is the MACP Scheme may be implemented w.e.f. 01/01/2006 instead of from 01/09/2008. If it may, I shall get the Grade Pay of Rs.4600/- w.e.f. 01/01/2006 and Rs. 4800/- w.e.f. 01/09/208 at par with my Counterparts of SS Cadre Grade “C” Stenographers as they are drawing the Grade Pay of Rs. 4800/- w.e.f. 01/09/2008 onwards and they will get the Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- from the date ofcompletion of 30 years continuous service. But I am drawing the Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- only w.e.f. 12/04/2007 onwards (From the date of completion of 24 years continuous service). Is it Justice? Can anybody else clarify?

I request my other counterparts of Central Government Departments to kindly respond in this matter / aspect

    With regards,

    Yours faithfully,

    Respected Sir,
Persons, who have retired (between Jan 2006 and Sep 2008) before 2nd ACP but after completing 20 years of service, are not getting any benefit (neither ACP nor MACP). At least 2nd MACP should be applicable for such persons with effect from 01/01/2006. This point may please be considered in the anomaly meeting.
