Status of 7th CPC arrears after the cabinet Approval

7th CPC arrears has to be paid to all central government employees after the implementation of 7th Pay Commission. It is now almost reached the final stages of clearing decks in the process of implement the 7th CPC recommendation. The empowered Committee might have sent the report to Cabinet after its proposed meeting held on 11th June 2016.

The Cabinet Approval for Pay panel report may be granted in the last week of June 2016. Soon after the Cabinet nod, Gazette Notification to this with effect from 1st January 2016 may be published before 11th July 2016 to avoid the indefinite strike which is called by NJCA from this date.

Obviously the Central government need to pay the 7th pay Commission Arrears for six months from January to June 2016, if the revised salary for the month of July is paid in 1st August 2016.
