I suppose nothing will happen….Independence Day is over..if the problem is under consideration of the govt.think file is lost and if it is under active consideration of the govt. it means file is somewhere……let us hope for the best ….wait for the next Cabinet meeting….that is the last chance now…if nothing comes out….forget about it….

7th Pay Commission fitment formula is 2.57 as per order.
But it should be as 4.78 according to calculation given below.
As In per 6th Pay Commission the fitment formula was 1.86
    Further D.A. 125%. So 1.86 x 125/100 = 2.325 rounded or 2.33 + 1.86 = 4.19. This is total salary.
Further as per order Pay hike is 14.27% from pay of 3.325 = 0.59 rounded of 0.59 So Fitment Formula should be 4.19 + 0.59 = 4.78.
But the employees association demands only 3.68 only. Further by the cause of admanent of Government they decreased their demans in Fitment Formula from 3.68 to 3.6.
So it is better to the Government that the demands of Government Emplloyees Associaltion may be approved by Government. Further it is better to Government the basic salary should be as 3.6 x 7000 = 25200.
(According to their previous demand 3.68 x 7000 = 25816/- rounded of Rs.26000/-) So the minimum pay may kindly be approved at least as Rs.25000/-
The minimum family pension shoulde be Rs. 12,000/- and minimum pension should be Rs.20,000/- according to cost of living nowadays.
