  1. As far as LTC to Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states are concerned for Group `c` employees, there has been anomaly between 2 category of employees as follows :- a) Those posted in North India & b) Those posted in south India as the road distance to be covered before commencement of air journey is much more from south India where as it is too less from North India. Hence South Indians find it difficult to reach to the starting points like Amritsar & Delhi for going to Jammu & Kashmir and Guwahati or Kolkata for going to North Eastern states.
To remove this anomaly it is requested to add Mumbai air port for Jammu & Kashmir package of LTC and Chennai for North Eastern states package of L.T.C. This will solve the difficulties faced by Central Govt.employees stationed in South India.

  2. One increment has been granted to those who were having their annual increment due from FEB. to JUNE-2006 in pre-revised scale. But some of them who were promoted before 2006 and due to get 02 increments (one promotional & one annual , by fixation from date on next increment) during FEB. to JUNE-2006 in pre-revised scale and could not got their promotional increment, thus causing a huge loss to them apart from losing seniority. It is therefore requested to all members of the National Anomaly Committee that this anomaly also may be considered for discussion in the next Anomaly Committee Meeting. The Government side should also not have much problem on granting one pre-revised promotional increment on 01-01-2006 to such unlucky personnel (on similar line & along with one- time increment recently granted for FEB. to JUNE-2006 cases),for re-fixation purpose .

  3. ONE SOLUTION FOR ALL ANOMALIES:

MULTIPLICATION FACTOR SHOULD BE SAME FOR ALL PAY BANDS.
IT IS ENOUGH, WHAT EVER THE MULTIPLICATION FACTOR, IT SOLVES THESE ISSUES
