  1. I Shri Ashok Biswas, empoyment of Central Industrial Security Force and appointed on 10/09/1991 as a Constable. Financial upgradation under ACP Scheme has been granted wef.10/09/2003 in the scale of Head Constable. My Basic Pay as on 01/01/2006 Rs.3880/-. At present who are appointed in 1992 & 1993 are drawing equal pay to me. Please clarify whether stepped up or otherwise.

  2. Sir,
There was provision as per Govt of India,Ministry of Finance,Department of Expenditure OM No.F.No.7/14/2010-E.III(A) Dated 05.07.2010, to the Govt Servant that he can exercise Fresh Option to switch over revised scale from a date later than 01.01.2006 if the option is more beneficial to him. It is presumed that this revised Option is related to above response. Then what is intention of the Govt.behind issue of this order & calling for revised more beneficial option.
    This may kindly be confirmed.

  3. It is great enamaly, immediately one increament should be granted to Central Govt.Employees whose annual increment falls between 01-02-2006 to 30-06-2006. Many employees waiting for the same. Now the time is over to solved this issue, since it is geneune issue.

  4. One Increment should be granted to Central Govt.Employees whose annual increment falls between 01-02-2006 to 30-6-2006, is a gene-vane demand. Some employees getting increment after 6 months, these period sufferer employees are getting annual increment after 17 months later. this is happened in all department & ministries. Need to be resoled by giving pro-rate basis i,e, 3/12 x complated months as on 1Jan.2006.
Where 3 is rate of annual increment.
12 is for one year duration.
If in this way all employees pay in pay band shall be fixed on 1/1/2006; There will be no single anomaly. And again 1July 2006 one rutine increment to be given as all ready given by all department/ministries.
Now the time has come solved this issue.
